The unwinding begins... be someone else for a while.
This is how we unwind..
The Unwinding...A guided journey back to yourself.
Life can move quickly. Between responsibilities, expectations, screens, noise, and the constant feeling that there is always something else to do, it can be difficult to simply pause.
The Unwinding is an invitation to do exactly that.
We believe that unwinding is more than simply taking a break. It is about creating the space to slow down, breathe, reconnect with yourself, and release what you no longer need to carry.
Through our experiences, guidance, and carefully created spaces,we show you how to unwind— not by escaping your life, but by learning how to move through it with greater calm, presence, and intention.
Why do we do this?
Eight things, roughly, in no particular order.
Self-discovery
Long enough away from your own routines to make you realise who you actually are.
Meditation and gentle breathwork
Time to pause, time to connect with your breath and your self.
Movement
Yoga or somatic movement building a strong mind-body connection
Creativity
Paints, clay, ink and drums revealing the part of you that you never knew existed.
Community
Sharing community experiences together - spreading the love.
Adventure
Sea, sand, mountains, mist, enchanting paths leading to you.
Self-empowerment
You are powerful. You are worthy. You are loved. You are safe. Get to know who you are.
Where we are going next.

What people actually do.
Get to a point where you lose all track of time and just be.
Tap into your own inner strength, voice, choices and sense of possibility.
Surrounded by nature, nourishing food, beautiful spaces and people who are also taking time to reconnect, you have the opportunity to slow down and turn your attention inward.
You may leave with a new perspective, a renewed sense of confidence, a creative spark, a clearer direction or simply a deeper understanding of yourself.
And that can be the beginning of meaningful change.
Come as you are.
You do not need to be fit, or spiritual, or any good at sitting still. Most people arrive on their own and none of them stay that way.
